ST. PAUL, MN

 

This project transformed a tired street-side University Ave retail space into a charming event center perfect for celebrations and community gatherings.

 

Taking advantage of the surrounding light rail corridor development, HjS Architecture worked with the Owner to navigate zoning regulations and craft the much-needed gathering space, previously lacking in the neighborhood. This included the careful restoration of the front facade so as to maintain the historic character of the building.
